VARIETAL COMPOSITION: Malagousia 100%

VINEYARD: Organically grown Malagousia from the vineyards of Ktima Matsa in Pallini, Attica. The climate is warm and Mediterranean, and a significant portion of the vines are over 35 years old.

VINIFICATION Selective hand harvesting and strict sorting in the vineyard. Pre-fermentation maceration for 6-8 hours, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16°C. The wine is aged on fine lees for 6 months with gentle stirring (batonnage).

TASTING NOTES: Golden yellow color. The nose is dominated by orange blossom, ripe peach, and apricot, while characteristics of tropical fruits such as pineapple and banana are also present. Full-bodied on the palate with pleasant acidity and a long finish.

Serving temperature: 9–10°C

Pairs with herb-rich Mediterranean dishes, seafood, oil-based dishes, cheese and fruit platters, or on its own as an aperitif.
